What are the requirements for a CCIM designation?

The application states that I have to be a candidate. I don’t have a CCIM number.

I’m not a member of a chapter. How can I contact my local chapter?

I don’t know any CCIMs and I need one to write me a letter of recommendation.
Look up CCIMs in your area at in the CCIM Professional Directory.  You can also contact your local chapter.

I completed CI 101 over a year ago. Am I eligible?
Scholarship requirements are that CI 101 be completed from January 1, 2006 up to the deadline of August 15.

I’m signed up for a CI 101 course in early August.
The CI 101 course must be completed before the August 15 deadline.

Must applications be received by August 15?
Applications must be postmarked by August 15.

How do I submit my application?
Applications can be mailed, faxed or emailed.  The Instructor Questionnaire should be submitted either separately, direct from the Instructor, or in a sealed envelope along with your complete application package.

I took CI 101 as a home study, so I can’t complete the Instructor Questionnaire.
Include a letter to this effect in your application.

Which scholarship should I apply for?
Six scholarships will be awarded: two (2) for cultural diversity, two (2) legacy (son/daughter of a CCIM) and two (2) general.  On the application, check ALL categories in which you can be considered.

I’m scheduled to take CI 102 before the scholarship winners are announced.
If you are awarded a scholarship and take another CI course between the application deadline and scholarship award, you will be reimbursed for that course.

I’ve already taken CI 102.  Will I be reimbursed for that?
The scholarship will only cover courses taken between the scholarship deadline and the scholarship decision; we don’t want you to suspend your coursework while awaiting a decision. The Education Foundation will not retroactively reimburse for courses taken prior to the application deadline.
