Scholarships


Thank you for your interest in a scholarship through the Education Foundation of the CCIM Institute!

The Education Foundation of the CCIM Institute has been granting scholarships to deserving students and real estate professionals since 1988. Our scholarship programs are designed to encourage and assist professionals pursuing the CCIM designation and to promote high educational standards. Our programs enable commendable professionals in the real estate industry to experience the CCIM Institute's education first hand.

We offer the following scholarships:

CCIM Designation Scholarships

  • UPDATE: As of May 2009, this program is currently under evaluation - information will be posted in the near future.

Chapter 101 Scholarships

  • Awarded through CCIM Chapters, a $845 voucher towards tuition for CI 101

University Scholarships

  • For juniors, seniors or graduates studying in a real estate program, a $1,000 cash award and a voucher towards tuition for a CI 101, CI 102, CI 103 or CI 104 course

Named Endowed Scholarships

  • Awarded through CCIM Chapters and other scholarship sponsors, most awards are $1,000

Susan J. Groeneveld CCIM Scholarship to the Jay W. Levine Leadership Development Academy

  • Awarded to one CCIM accepted into the Leadership Development Academy, includes $1,500 towards tuition and a $1,000 travel stipend
